Energy Storage

Batteries serve as energy reservoirs, storing electricity generated for future use. They separate the need for electricity from its production, enabling power generation when most convenient or cost-effective. This flexibility aligns supply with demand, providing benefits such as financial savings and backup power security during grid outages.

While battery systems offer significant advantages, they do come with limitations. Each battery has a finite energy storage capacity, requiring additional batteries for increased storage needs. Additionally, batteries gradually lose their stored energy over time, even when not in use, due to self-discharge.
