Crosby-Brownlie, Inc. is a family owned business operating in the City of Rochester since 1979. The company was founded by Gavin Brownlie Sr and is still owned and operated by the Brownlie family. Gavin Brownlie Jr., LEED AP is the Chief Executive Officer and Jason Brownlie is the Executive Vice President. Gavin oversees the future growth and direction of the company while Jason’s extensive expertise in the field and plumbing keeps us competitive. Our team is active in many industry related organizations like SMACNA, MCAA, ASHRAE, BOMA and many more.
