Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure I, LLC employs a long term own and operate strategy with our investments. Our investors understand the importance of consistent cash flows in their portfolio, and in support of that, we invest in projects with contracts in place for the power production and environmental attributes. We have capital in hand that we are looking to deploy today.

Below is an outline of the type of project that we are attracted to.

Size: 500kW – 5MW
PPAs: Bundled with environmental attributes with an escalated rate (preferred) or flat rate.
SRECs: contracted (or bundled with power)
Counter-parties: Utility, FIT, government, high grade commercial, commercial
States: all 50, and outside the US where economics and political risk support investment.

We have years of experience developing projects and understand the need to be a flexible finance partner. We prefer to engage with developers early in the cycle to identify value drivers and overcome obstacles together.

    Overview

    Distributed generation solar finance investment company. KSI purchases construction ready solar projects from developers looking for take-out capital, and finances the PPAs with utility, government and commercial counter-parties.
